IRB Racing

IRB competition aims to improve the skills and technique of IRB drivers and crew as well as allow crews to demonstrate their techniques and abilities in the IRB in order to perform rescues.

The IRB carnivals comprise several rounds of competition throughout the winter season culminating in the IRB State Championships. Aside from the thrills of the competition, the carnivals are all about being a successful team – working together whilst simulating rescue situations and testing the abilities of drivers and crew members in a competitive setting.
