Club Structure

Cottesloe SLSC is a not-for-profit community sporting organisation. The Club is an incorporated body under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987. Our Constitution and By-laws are available online or from the administration office.

The Club has a Management Committee that meets monthly and is also served by a number of sub-committees, including Lifesaving, Development, Competition, Facilities, Social, Administration, History and Finance.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM), which all Club members are encouraged to attend, is held in August each year. A General Meeting is also held in May to elect Office Bearers for the following season.
