Sunset Beats 2009
Posted on December 1st, 2009 by Cottsurf Admin

The Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club is once again hosting one of Perth’s biggest and best New Years Eve parties. Cottesloe SLSC is celebrating 100 years of community service this year and is the first club in WA to honour such an incredible achievement. To say goodbye to such an important and memorable club year, for the second year running, the surf club is hosting the New Years Eve Party that will boast a local oceanic atmosphere complimented by a Cottesloe sunset.
Sunset Beats is an event not to be missed, complete with DJ’s from 6:30pm until 2am, a dazzling lights show, fire twirlers, bars stocked full of icey cold Corona, Smirnoff and Champagne and entry at just $35 which includes a free sausage sizzle - you simply wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Plenty of light refreshments will also be served throughout the night.
Arguably the best location in Perth, the Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club is located high on the headlands of Cottesloe Beach with expansive balconies providing views out past Rottnest. You can kick back and watch the sun slipping away into the Indian Ocean before letting your hair down and hitting the d-floor to the beats of some of Perth’s best DJ’s.
A shuttle bus service will be on offer to safely transfer patrons from Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club to Cottesloe Train Station between the hours of 12:00am and 2:00am.
Last year was a sell-out event so get in quick!
Note: There are no physical tickets – your names will be added to a door list.
This event is strictly 18+ and tickets will be presale only. No tickets will be available on the night.
