Expenses and Time sheet – Members

If you have undertaken paid work at the surf club you will need to submit your time sheet to the office by noon on Tuesday to be paid by the Friday of the following week. Please click here to download a time sheet.

If you have bought products on behalf of the club which has been approved e.g food, paint, tools etc you will need to submit an expense sheet to the office by noon on the Tuesday to be paid by the Friday of the following week. Please click here to download the expense sheet.
