Surf Skis and Boards

Surf skis and racing mals are a vital component of Iron Man events and the individual disciplines of skis and board.  Cottesloe SLSC has Club boards and surf skis for use by Juniors and Seniors.  There are two sizes of boards with smaller boards for junior use and large boards for seniors.  Club skis and ski paddles are also available for those members who are keen to learn to paddle skis.

There are a range of training sessions available for members. Club members including Glenn Eldon and Peter Leaversuch provide some of the hardest sessions on the coast for advanced paddlers and have produced a number of recent State Champions including Brendon Sarson and Ben Mercer. Separate sessions for new paddlers can be arranged along with equipment through the Board and Ski Captain, although your best bet to get involved in this area is come down on Sunday morning.
